What I can build for you

Custom software, AI tools and business automation, built by one engineer in Singapore. You deal with me directly, and you see working software early rather than a month of planning documents.

Each item below is something I have already built and put into use, not a list of things I could try. The short version: I work out which task is costing your team hours each week, then build something that handles it. The numbers are here.

01Custom software development

Software built around the process you already have, rather than changing how your team works to fit an off-the-shelf product. Inventory and costing systems, scheduling, forms and reporting, and general business apps.

Example: an inventory and hull-costing system handling 82,000 rows in a browser tab, in daily use at a shipyard. Case study →

02AI software & LLM integration

AI built into how your team actually works: question answering over your own documents, AI features inside an existing product, and scheduled agents that produce work on their own.

Example: 180+ AI-written market briefs published over 90+ days without anyone running it. How it held up →

03Business process & workflow automation

The repetitive weekly job that costs more than people realise: rostering, reconciliation, reporting, retyping data between systems. I work out what it's costing you first, in hours and dollars, and tell you if a tool isn't worth building.

Example: a weekly roster that took a manager an afternoon now takes minutes. Case study →

04Internal tools & business systems

Everyday systems for small and medium businesses: inventory, staff scheduling, payroll export, inspection sorting, forms with live dashboards. Built to run on the machines you already have, often with no server and no install.

05Offline & on-premise AI

AI document search that runs entirely on your own hardware, so confidential files never leave the building. For legal, compliance, and anyone who can't send documents to a cloud AI service. It ships as one file you double-click.

Example: a complete offline document-search tool packaged into a single .exe. Case study →

06If you have no IT team

Most of my clients have no IT team, which is fine. That usually means replacing spreadsheet-and-paper processes with real software, connecting systems that don't talk to each other, and getting tools running on existing machines without new infrastructure or an approval process.

What this isn't: a helpdesk. I don't do hardware repair, network troubleshooting or desktop support. If that's what you need, an IT support company is a better fit, and I'll tell you so rather than take the job.
