There's no contact form, phone line or WhatsApp, on purpose. The site has no backend to store anything, the same as most of the tools on it. The chat assistant can help you draft a message, but it opens your own mail client rather than saving anything here.

01What to say

Describe the task you want handled. Three things are enough:

• What the task is: the roster, the report, the reconciliation.
• Roughly how long it takes, per week or per time. An estimate is fine.
• Who does it now, and what they use: a spreadsheet, a whiteboard, three systems and a phone call.

That's enough for me to tell you whether a tool is worth building. If it isn't, I'll say so rather than quote for it. As a rough guide, three hours a week is about SGD 5,000 a year of someone's time (est. at SGD 35/hr).

02How I work

• Offline tools can be one-off. If it runs entirely on your own machines, a single file, a browser tab or an .exe with no server or accounts, you can buy it once. Nothing external can change underneath it, so it stays working. This costs more than the retainer, because it covers the whole build upfront.
• Anything online is retainer only. A backend, a database, hosted APIs or scheduled jobs need maintaining. API keys change, platforms drop old features, dependencies break. I don't sell those as one-offs, because they stop working within months if nobody is looking after them.
• You own the tool either way. The file and the data are yours, with no hosting bill and no subscription. The retainer pays for my time, not for access to your own software.
• A working version in days. Something you can click through, using your real workflow.
• Currently taking on one project. Contract, freelance or forward-deployed. Singapore-based, remote or on-site.

Happy to just talk shop, or bikes, cameras and markets. Not every message has to be about work.
